Q: Where do your products come from?
A: Ergot is proud to work with multiple suppliers, including having it's own branded designs. It is Ergot's goal to source all of it's products from within North America. Ergot's own branded line of products may ship from a variety of locations, including fulfillment centers in Canada, the United States of America, and Mexico. Products under other brand names may also be shipped from anywhere in Canada, the United States of America, or Mexico.

A: Ergot proudly delivers to customers in the province of British Columbia, and the 48 contiguous United States of America.
We are currently working on the logistics of selling to all 10 Canadian provinces in the future.

A: Ergot is a home-grown clothing and accessories design firm and online retail shop based in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. We look forward to serving those in your community as well as our own.
Q: Who designs your product?
A: Any Ergot branded products on our marketplace are designed by our own team in-house. We aim to deliver products designed for everyone in a non-offensive manner, while delivering on a design you'll love.
Any products under another brand name may be curated or designed by their own teams, designers, buyers and curators.
Shipping & Returns
Thank you for shopping at Ergot. We appreciate that you enjoy what we have to offer. We also want to
make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our
products.
Products ordered from Ergot have a average expected arrival time of approximately 5 to 7 business days. Should your order be expected to arrive later, we will do our best to notify you with an updated arrival date.
At Ergot, we believe in giving you the tools you need to monitor the status of your order from anywhere. At any time, checking under "My Orders" in the account page, or by clicking the link in your order confirmation email, the status and whereabouts of your order can be tracked at any time, right from our platform.
If there is something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, we give up
to 72 hours upon delivery of an order for a Customer to report a problem to the Company to start the
return process in order to return your product(s) and/or issue a credit or refund.

By creating a customer account or upon placing an order with us, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you wish to revoke your agreement to these policies, please contact us by phone or email. Upon notification, your account and information will be removed from Ergot's platform.
